COVID-19 UPDATE

We are open and still trading

We would like to reassure our clients and potential clients that we are still trading during this lockdown period and the majority of the services we provide are unaffected.

  • We already had our home office in place and other staff members are working remotely.
  • We are using Zoom for meetings so can keep in contact or discuss new projects.
  • We have been in touch with our external suppliers to find out what services they are still able to provide and any impact on service delivery.

Services that are unaffected include:

  • Marketing strategy (although meetings are taking place over zoom)
  • Logo design and branding
  • All design work including leaflets, brochures, direct mail, posters
  • Copywriting
  • Print
  • Websites
  • Digital marketing
  • Social media
  • email marketing
  • Exhibition materials such as stands, pop-ups and POS

Services that have been affected:

  • Bespoke photography and video at client sites is not available until after lockdown
  • We can undertake the design of signage and vehicle livery but there is no installation service whilst lockdown is in place
  • Promotional items may have delays in delivery, although with restrictions easing in China we are seeing some production again. There is however challenges in delivery as UK offices are closed.

We understand that current times are really tough, especially for small businesses, who may be facing a very uncertain future. Now is the time when we all need to work together and help each other out as much as possible.

If we could give you one piece of advice, it is to keep thinking about your marketing. We are not saying spend loads of money you may not have, but there are things you can be doing.

  • Keep in contact with clients
  • Maintain a social media presence
  • Look at new ways you can change the way you operate or provide different services
  • Prepare, so you can maximise your marketing when restrictions are loosened
